Anton Piller Orders
Anton Piller Orders are the “nuclear bomb” of injunctions. It is essentially an injunction which allows a Plaintiff to preserve evidence, through search and seizure, which may otherwise have been destroyed. This can extend to the preservation of physical as well as digital evidence.
